	Ranch style homes are popular in the newer west developments of Wichita.. Homes priced from $150,000. to $250,000. will have view out and/or walkout basements. Prices vary according to condition and square footage.
	Find charming homes with unusual architecture in older developments. Call Don Rider for a list of active properties listed on South Central Kansas Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
	Large older homes in the popular College Hill area east of downtown hold their charm and value. Homes will vary in value according to updating, condition, size and location. Homes priced up to $1,000,000.
	Most older homes east and west of downtown have large trees. One and two story homes are found in areas like College Hill and Riverside. Prices range from the low $100's and above depending on the size, condition and location of the homes.
	Homes in newer developments have school bus pick up to outlying school districts. Homes in this development start around $250,000. and up. A small private lake is stocked with fish.
