We would like to share our experience selling and buying a home. We started looking for a home like anyone else would not wanting to be pressured by a Realtor, which we dreaded.  We looked in the paper, drove by houses we thought sounded like what we were looking for then called the name on the sign in front.   We met with several Realtors and felt as if we were taking up their time.   They really offered no advice; offered no insight at all to a family that had little experience in home buying or selling.  Finally we happened to drive by a home with Don and Bette's sign in front.  We called and they met us right away.  Don and Bette were the first Realtors we felt cared about our needs and us, we knew it after our first meeting.  They counseled us on homes we could afford and areas we might consider looking.  Well I should say they really did all the looking for us.   Bette contacted us on a daily basis by phone or E-mail when she found something she felt fit us.  They would then ask when it was convenient for us to look and set up two to five showings for us.  Don explained to us how not to sink a lot of money into the home we were selling and what to do to get the top dollar on our home.  We can truly say that the home buying and selling nightmare was not one at all, just the opposite.   We were able to get what we wanted for our home and buy one we never thought possible due to the true concern and experience of RE/MAX Realtors.  They made it a wonderful experience for our family and we feel blessed that we found them.  We would strongly recommend Don and Bette to anyone buying or selling.  They are not only true professionals in their field but became great friends.  Ed and Diedra
